Shipping & Returns


Shipping: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.  All orders will be shipped UPS ground and typically arrive within 7 – 10 business days. Orders cannot be canceled or changes after being placed. After an order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email will be send with the tracking number of the order. Please, double check your shipping address. If the wrong address is entered and we need to re-ship your order, you will be charged for the second shipping. We are not responsible for packages lost once they have been shipped. If your package is lost, you will need to file a claim with UPS. International shipping is not available.

 

Payments: Muse Shoe Studio accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express credit or debit cards.

 

Returns: We want you to love your purchase from us! However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. All purchases can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

Once received, we will process your store credit with 3-5 business days. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. Shoes must be unworn, and returned in their original undamaged shoe box. Muse Shoe Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned. Please note, this return policy only applies to orders made on-line.
